Uniquely durable
The secret behind the exceptional strength of Cembrit fibre-cement products lies in the way they are manufactured. They are all made of cement, sand and water along with special cellulosefibres – a blend that provides a unique degree of durability.
Multiple thin layers of this fibre cement are sandwiched together under extremely high pressure and the sheets are then allowed to harden slowly, under carefully controlled conditions. This material can then be moulded into sheets and boards that are ideal for a wide range of roofingand cladding duties, indoors and out.
Virtually maintenance-free
Cembrit fibre-cement building materials are exceptionally resistant to the effects of changingweather conditions. Intense heat, sub-zero temperaturesand heavy rainfall are no threat. Materials made of fibre-cement retain their shape, and age naturally. They also have a remarkable resistanceto dry rot and other kinds of fungal decay.
The result is products renowned for their exceptionaldurability, with the key benefit of beingvirtually maintenance-free.
